Lead Nurse for International Nurse Registration & Healthcare Support Workers

As the Lead Nurse (Corporate Nursing Education) for International Nurse Registration and Healthcare Support Workers, you will provide dynamic strategic leadership for the delivery of; on boarding, education and support for the professional development of internationally educated nurses and for healthcare support workers .

You will act as a visible clinical expert in the education and support of internationally educated nurses and for health care support workers. You will design and oversee the delivery and evaluation of high quality education and training, working to continually improve processes, outcomes and experience. You will enable processes that support professional development. You will lead an expert and motivated team and engage with multiple stakeholders .

  • To provide strategic leadership for the delivery of programmes to support the on boarding, education and support for professional development of internationally educated nurses and healthcare support workers
  • To design and oversee reporting against strategic objectives related to the international nurse registration and HCSW programmes
  • Provide expert clinical and professional leadership
