You’ll need excellent communication skills, good time management as well as fulfilling the following criteria:

• Completed IELT / OET (Overall Grade 7 or equivalent) or from a majorly speaking English country
• Completed NMC Application with PRN number
• Completed CBT (for Paeds, you must have Children’s Branch)
• Significant number of years of post-registration experience in one of the above specialism

Job Overview:

Joining HCA Healthcare UK, you’ll be working towards the completion of the OSCE training programme, gaining your NMC registration and the post of Registered Nurse. During this time, you’ll develop and grow while maintaining all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed here at HCA UK. At the end of the programme, you’ll be fully equipped to undertake the duties required of a Registered Nurse

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care to meet the patient and their family’s needs
• Planning and delivering appropriate care for admissions and discharges
• Undertaking extended roles such as venepuncture, cannulation and phlebotomy
• Contributing to the ongoing research-based care and other practice development initiatives
• Working with junior staff and delegating and supervising the care in a fair and equitable manner
• Recognising the signs and symptoms of a deteriorating patient and initiate early interventions in a calm and coordinated manner
