Solent CAMHS are excited to be advertising for a Consultant Practitioner to clinically lead in the area of crisis intervention and our developing DBT pathway. With services across the two cities of Southampton and Portsmouth our Solent CAMH Services serve a diverse range of young people and their needs and we are committed to providing the highest quality, evidence-based interventions to meet this need. Established skills and qualification within Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is essential.
The post holder will be a part of our award winning undergraduate medical student teaching team – providing 1 day per week into formal teaching and working alongside teams in clinical settings to develop a strong culture of learning environments.
As a senior clinical leader, the post holder will form part of the Solent CAMHS Senior Leadership team. Working alongside other Consultant level colleagues, operational and governance leads, and young people and families alike to set our service priorities, and how they will be met.
