Emotional Resilience Nurse / Practitioner

This post is an exciting opportunity to join the emotional health & resilience team (EHRT) in County Durham, supporting children and young people with mental health & emotional wellbeing difficulties. The candidate will work within the North Locality in County Durham (Durham & Chester-Le-Street), delivering the service to Children Young People & Families (CYP&F)

The EHRT are integrated within the 0-25 Family Health Service providing advice, consultation, training and professional support for staff in the children’s workforce to enable them to address, in the most effective way, the mental health and emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people.
