What you’ll be doing:· Providing skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for client· Following the client’s plan of care.· Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition.· Medication reminders for client to self administer· Must be willing to work minimum 3-hour shifts What we’re looking for:· Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.· Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse · Must be willing to work in a facility environment · CPR certified.· Access to a vehicle· Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.· Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.By selecting the positions below, you acknowledge that you are applying for employment with an independently owned and operated ComForCare franchisee, a separate company and employer from ComForCare and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.
