Essential RMN/Equivalent Professional Qualification Desirable RGN ( ie dual qualified) Previous Experience Essential Post registration experience in a mental health setting Desirable Supporting & empowering carers Multi – agency working Community working experience Knowledge, skills & abilities Essential Good assessment and clinical reasoning skills Knowledge of mental health legislation Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal & written communication Ability to prioritise workload Ability to deal with sensitive issues Good IT skills Ability to work on own initiative and/or within a team Ability to manage stress Ability to drive & to have the use of a car for work Desirable Knowledge of clinical audit/research
