Registered Nurse (RN) – Bridge Program for All Specialties

Full Time – Day and Night Shifts

If you are a RN wanting to return or advance your clinical skills in Acute Care, we have the opportunity for you. We are looking for RN’s with either Subacute, Ambulatory Care or Outpatient Care, for our program starts December 5th. Join us by applying online.

UM Capital Region Medical Center Bridge Program is a comprehensive 6 month training designed to facilitate the transition of RN’s from the Subacute, Ambulatory, or Outpatient Care settings to the Acute Care setting. This program provides RN’s with didactic and clinical experiences that focuses on acquiring skills to provide high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Maryland or have proof of passing NCLEX.
  • BLS certification required.
