We are looking for a kind and compassionate nurse to join our ward. Someone who is patient focused and works well within a team. Rozel Ward is an acute medical ward which consists of 13 single rooms. We have a current nurse to patient ratio of 1 to 4 and 1 to 6 or 7 on night duty. We are a close knit team of 13 Nurses and 9 HCA’s and appreciate a flexible shift pattern with work/life balance. As Ward managers we pride ourselves on up-to-date Appraisals and are passionate about the professional development for our team. The hospital has its own education centre which links in with a UK university. Currently we have RN’s currently undertaking their MSC programmes. All supported with generous funding and study time. You are granted on average 195.0 hours and 10 public holidays equating to a further 75 hours per year which are unique to Jersey’s historic occasions.
